Over the next while, the Church Board will be working to help the congregation to explore these five areas for growth. Each member of the Board, itself, has started to work on the first area, by taking on the discipline of daily praying for each person on their "Elder's Visitation List".
As well, the congregation has received a donation of a case of bibles (in one of the easier to understand translations) to give to members of the wider community who ask for one.
We have available our Daily Prayer and Scripture Brochures to help people participate in this discipline. It contains daily scripture guides, short meditations and prayers.
By the middle of April, we will also have available worship services for each season of the church year, that people can take with them if they are going to be away, and unable to find a congregation with whom to worship.
